Challenge #4
In your own space, create some goals. My goals are:
01. Slim down because my left knee and foot have started to ache whenever I stand for long periods of time.
02. Drink more water to keep hydrated.
03. Donate clothes that don't fit me anymore.
04. Exercise at least once a week.

I fell hard on my knee on concrete last year and have been waiting three months for physio so I'm having problems with my knee and now my foot has started hurting, so I feel for you.
