» WHERE: Sam Wilson wants it at the VA. He says it's where he usually meets with fellow vets. Considering the security risks if the Winter Soldier (James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes) is seen, Maria Hill suggests meeting on neutral grounds.


» DECORATIONS: A spacious empty room with comfortable chairs would be best.




» FOOD & DRINK: Sharon Carter volunteered to bring home-made brownies. Natalia Romanova will be bringing croissants from the corner bakeshop. Steve will prepare the coffee and other necessities (cups, glasses, plates, tissue).
