This is the second Force bond scene. Rey is enjoying the rain while Kylo Ren is observing a factory when suddenly the Force connects them. Rey isn't pleased ["not you again"(derogatory)] while Kylo Ren is curious ["not you again" (affectionate)]. They talk and argue and the conversation provides something to think about especially:

Rey: You are a monster!
Kylo Ren: Yes, I am.

I think she was expecting him to deny the accusations but he quietly agrees with her.
