Fire and Blood, it's what Viserys thinks when he sees Sansa Stark for the first time, the sunset framing her as she gazes at the heads [of her loved ones] decorating the walls of the Red Keep.  There's blood on her mouth from when she was hit by the knight, yet Viserys can't help but admire her defiance.  Her eyes piercing the smirking straw-haired boy.

 

She slowly rises and for a moment Viserys sees her pondering the false King's death. A mere shove from her would be all it will take.  He can see it in her eyes.  Oh yes, he could.  The dragon awakens.

 

Fire and Blood, indeed.
